Shinrin-yoku
Forest bathing, from the Japanese 森林浴
Slow, guided time under the canopy, using all five senses. Trails, programming, and quiet spaces are laid out so unhurried time in the trees becomes the center of the experience.
We design experiences that heal, transform, and inspire through the power of nature.
The approach
Every destination we design, from a multi-day retreat to a single-day offsite, is built on four pillars that connect people with the natural world and with their own wellbeing.

Water2 / 4
Bathing in natural mineral waters for health
Mineral waters sit at the heart of the experience. Soaking, hot and cold contrast, and quiet time by the water draw on a bathing tradition that runs from Roman baths to the spa towns of Europe and Japan's onsen.
Shelter3 / 4
Architecture that brings nature indoors
Daylight, natural materials, living plants, moving water, and long views shape every space. Rooms, studios, and gathering places are designed to keep guests connected to the landscape outside.
Movement4 / 4
Nature does the most good when people are moving, recovering, and resting well. Every experience includes programming for all of it, from a sunrise group run on the ridge to an evening soak.
Group trail runs, guided hikes, outdoor yoga, and open-air training, with the landscape as the gym.
Mineral soaks, sauna and cold plunge, massage, and bodywork to help the body reset after effort.
Quiet, dark rooms built for deep sleep, plus screen-free spaces and time set aside for doing nothing.
Simple, seasonal food from local farms and ranches, prepared to support energy and recovery.
Our goal
We find places where nature already does the healing work, such as forests, mineral springs, and open mountain valleys, and design experiences around them so every guest leaves calmer than they arrived.
